At Arden Woods, there are no utilities included in the monthly rental price. Residents will also have access to our amazing amenities like our community clubhouse with WiFi lounge, elevator access, high-speed internet access, and community events, making Arden Woods the perfect place to call home.

At Arden Woods, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
At Arden Woods, the application fee is $35 per applicant.
At Arden Woods, residents are responsible for electric, water & sewage, internet, and phone/cable.
Arden Woods is a pet-friendly community with a 25lbs weight restriction. If you're interested in welcoming a new pet into your home, there is a $150 refundable pet deposit due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home. Arden Woods offers rental rates suitable for many different budgets. To learn more about the specific programs our community offers, please contact the leasing office.
Residents of Arden Woods are welcome to pay with the Resident App, Text-to-Pay, Walk in Payment Services (WIPS) Resident Portal and ACH Debit.
At Arden Woods, parking tags are issued to residents, however, parking is first come first served.
Residents of Arden Woods can report maintenance issues easily by using the online Resident Services Portal , calling the office, or emailing the office. For after-hours emergency maintenance, please call (844) 919-4531.
